Étienne Balibar

Etienne Balibar, born in 1942, is a French philosopher who has taught at the University of Paris X and the University of California, Irvine, and currently holds an Anniversary Chair Professorship at the Centre for Research in Modern European Philosophy at Kingston University as well as a visiting professorship at Columbia University.
