Judith C. Brown

Judith C. Brown is an American historian and Professor Emerita of History at Wesleyan University who specializes in the Italian Renaissance. She is considered a pioneer in the study of the history of sexuality, and her work explored the earliest recorded examples of lesbian relationships in European history.
