Stephen Bronner

Stephen Bronner (born 1949) is an American political scientist and philosopher, board of governors professor of political science at Rutgers University and director of global relations for its Center for the Study of Genocide and Human Rights. He has published more than twenty five books and two hundred journal articles on critical theory, existentialism and liberal socialism, reinterpreting tradition and the idea of a cosmopolitan sensibility, and received the American Political Science Associations Charles McCoy Lifetime Achievement Prize in 2005.
